We are looking for a highly organised, clear headed and self starting production manager with obsessive attention to detail. Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role in the jewellery industry. As an experienced production professional within the jewellery industry you will identify areas of improvement and make recommendations for better streamlining processes.

A key hire for the business you will be the communication hub between manufacturing partners, sales channels and order fulfilment to ensure the free flowing movement of stock through the business and ultimately the timely delivery of sales.

Knowledge of Cin7 and other inventory systems essential.

Reports to: Head of Sales & Marketing
Direct reports: Production and Logistics Assistant

Your role will include but not be limited to the following:

Production
• Key point of contact for all product related activity
• Monitoring weekly and monthly sales across WS and DTC liaising with merchandising team
• Place production orders with manufacturing partners based on budgets, stock levels and sales outcomes
• Oversee QC on inbound stock liaising with relevant manufacturing partners on QC issues and in term communicating any delays to direct and WS sales teams
• Liaise with e-commerce and communications team on stock levels flagging any overstocking that needs to be pushed
• Responsible for bespoke logistics pipeline
• Internal coordination of product movement - repairs, plating, engraving
• Product information cataloguing responsible for sharing with the wider business across multiple platforms
• Monitor and update critical path with new product developments
• Key contact to communicate all production related issues, stock arrivals, new product development
• Ensuring stock delivered in order to hit key dates in the business critical path

New Product Development
• Support the founder with new product development pipeline, cataloguing & reporting

Wholesale Operations
• Ownership of wholesale pipeline following order confirmations; ensuring stock is ordered, processed and delivered
within the required shipping window
• Support with stock movement on consignment items and RTVs
• With wholesale associate and merchandising team, creation of wholesale line sheets

Stock Management
• Daily & weekly monitoring of stock levels
• Responsible for management of inventory software, CIN7
• Oversee monthly stock take

Logistics
• Oversee Production and Logistics Assistant
• International travel logistics: shipping, carnet’s, insurance
• Key relationship holding with DHL, Fedex, Malca Amit
• Continuous monitoring of in transit stock flagging and dealing with any issues before they arrive
• Management of packaging, visual and display props pipeline in line with product launches and implement brand
packaging guidelines

Package
• 3 month probation period with 1 months notice
• 25 days paid holiday plus Bank Holidays
