T-Bar
The T-bar is a simple but highly effective element that was originally used by Victorian gentlemen to secure a watch chain through the buttonhole of a waistcoat. After the First World War, as wristwatches became more popular, the design was repurposed as a pendant, or a closure for necklaces and bracelets. The T-bar is believed to symbolise elegance and balance.
