CLOSED FOR THE HOLIDAYS

The studio is now closed for the holidays. All orders will be processed on 6th January.

Channel Setting

In a channel setting, diamonds or other precious gemstones are encased in a row between two continuous metal strips, allowing the stones to sit closely side by side. The smooth metal shank sits flush with the surface of the diamonds, for an elevated effect. Channel setting was used often in the Art Deco era, as it was harmonious with symmetrical and geometric designs.
