Fine Jewellery Boutique Manager
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to help launch and lead the day-to-day operations of our fine jewellery pop-up boutique. As this is our first standalone boutique, we are looking for someone with the drive and passion to exceed targets and play a pivotal role in making this pop-up a resounding success. This role combines operational excellence with exceptional customer service skills, ensuring the highest levels of service for our clientele.
The Store Manager will also host private shopping appointments, exclusive brand events, and pop-up activations, creating a seamless luxury retail experience that reflects our brand values.
The Role
As Store Manager, you will take ownership of the store’s commercial performance, day-to-day operations, and team leadership. You will inspire and develop your team to deliver outstanding service, achieve sales targets, and represent the brand with authenticity and energy.
Job Type: Full time, 5 days per week including weekends
Contract: 4 month FTC October to January with an option to extend
Location: Ledbury Rd, W11
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a passionate store team to exceed sales and service expectations.
- Analyse KPIs and implement strategies to drive commercial performance.
- Ensure visual merchandising and brand presentation standards are consistently high.
- Oversee operations including stock management, and compliance.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Desired Profile
- Proven experience as a Manager (or strong Assistant Manager) in jewellery, luxury retail or the fine art and auction sectors.
- A confident leader with a track record of driving sales and developing teams.
- Passionate about style, design, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Commercially astute, organised, and results-driven.
- Flexible, hands-on, and able to thrive in a dynamic retail environment.

Fine Jewellery Sales Associate
Lucy Delius opening its first standalone boutique with an exclusive three-month pop-up. We are seeking polished and passionate Sales Advisors to join our team and
deliver an elevated client experience. As the face of the brand, you will share the stories behind each piece, inspire confidence in our clients, and play a vital role in contributing to the boutique’s success.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage clients with warmth, professionalism, and discretion.
- Deliver an exceptional luxury service, guiding clients through collections and private appointments.
- Share the inspiration and craftsmanship behind Lucy Delius’ creations, bringing the brand world to life.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets.
- Assist with boutique operations including stock handling, POS, and store presentation.
- Uphold the highest standards of visual merchandising and ensure the store is always client-ready.
- Provide aftercare and follow-up to nurture long-term client relationships.
Desired Profile
- Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or the art world (jewellery experience is a plus, but not essential).
- Natural ability to build rapport and inspire trust with discerning clients.
- Sales-driven, with proven ability to achieve and exceed individual and team targets.
- Elegant and professional presentation with excellent communication skills.
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and motivated to contribute to the success of Lucy Delius’ first store.
