Client Experience Associate
KEY SKILLS
• You will have excellent knowledge of the luxury sector as a whole with a particular interest in the designer jewellery
market globally
• Prior experience liaising with VIPS and EICs globally and come with your own black book of connections
• Articulate and well read
• Be a team player with an entrepreneurial spirit who wants to carve a unique role for themself and be a pivotal hire for
this fast growing brand
• Calm under pressure, a quick thinker with a great initiative and a strong work ethic
• You must be proficient in excel and both Microsoft Office suite and Mac OS. Experience with Shopify, Cin7 and
photoshop is an advantage. Jewellery experience is preferable but not essential, an understanding of the jewellery
manufacturing pipeline would be beneficial.
• Available to work some Saturdays (with days in lieu) from October. Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages up to
10kg. Flexibiltiy to work evenings and weekends where necessary
RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Experience
• You will be the first point of contact for clients entering the brand via email, the showroom and WhatsApp
• Take customer on Lucy Delius sales journey, provide in-depth product knowledge and cross selling opportunities
using assets provided and any additional content captured by yourself
• Liaison with other departments within the business on returns, repairs and special orders
• Manage Studio calendar for client appointments
• Where relevant liaising with the customer to make sure they are kept up to date on their order status in a timely
manner
• Supporting the ideation and execution of sales activations and events in line with the company objectives and
calendar
CRM
• Meticulous data handling ensuring client notes are kept up to date and relevant
• Keep clients updated on new launches, brand initiatives and collections
• Maintain diary of communications based around birthdays, weddings and product purchase anniversaries
• Contribute to launch of VIP program
Physical Retail
• Set up existing showroom space for client appointments on a daily basis, hosting said appointments and providing
weekly updates to the wider team
• International and national travel for trunk show selling opportunities both with the founder and alone
• Work with the founder on the launch and set up of pop up space from October - once this is open this will fall
under your remit with support from the wider team and the addition of a junior sales associate on a temporary
basis
• Lead on visual merchandising and uphold the store/studio presentation
• Support on inventory management
