We ship international orders via FedEx or DHL - all items fully insured.

Please note, all US orders over $2,500 go through an extra customs review, where the person who is accepting the goods is required to share their Social Security Number (SSN). Please be prepared to share this information with our delivery partners.

Whilst we hope you are delighted with your purchase, we understand that sometimes things are not quite right.

You have 14 days following receiving your purchase to notify us of request for a return. In order to notify us of your desire to return your purchase please email concierge@lucydelius.co with your order number

Items must be returned in an unused condition in their original packaging. All sales are final on bespoke or made to order pieces.
Returns must be covered by the client.
Shipping, gift wrap and gift cards are non-refundable

In the rare case that you need to return a faulty item - please email concierge@lucydelius.co with your order number and picture of the fault.  Once we have these details we will assess next steps.

We aim to process all refunds within 14 days of receipt of return.  Credited to the original payment method.
